Lisa began her career as a Certified Medical Assistant and built a diverse clinical background across cardiology, vascular surgery, urgent care, family medicine, and oncology. She has held key roles at leading institutions including the University of Utah, Primary Children’s Hospital, and the Huntsman Cancer Institute. Her early experience as a Cosmetologist sparked a lifelong passion for aesthetics, where she now advocates strongly for patient safety, comfort, and confidence—ensuring every individual feels informed and empowered throughout their cosmetic journey.

In addition to her medical expertise, Lisa is the founder of Wicked Good Salsa, a thriving small business, and plays a pivotal leadership role at Ward Institute overseeing operations, HR, payroll, financial planning, and surgical coordination. A proud Utah resident, she’s an animal lover and devoted mother of four and grandmother of six. Outside of work, Lisa is an enthusiastic sports fan—rooting for the Detroit Red Wings, Utah Mammoth, Michigan Wolverines, Utah Utes, Detroit Lions, and even the Red Sox (but don’t tell the Tigers!).
